Rufus & Coco is an Australian ecommerce brand delivering environmentally conscious, innovative pet care products across cats and dogs. Operating across retail and direct to consumer channels, they combine product development with a growing portfolio of experiences, from grooming salons to dental care, built around the belief that better pet relationships make better humans.

With multiple tools in use, there was no reliable way to track progress or monitor workflows end-to-end. Product development and ongoing delivery operated without clearly defined systems, while key information was fragmented across platforms.

We consolidated Rufus & Coco's disconnected tools into one central system, creating a single source of truth for delivery and product development. Structured delivery frameworks replaced inconsistent workflows, giving the team a reliable way to track progress end to end and management a clear view of every initiative.
We then built a dedicated NPD framework so new product initiatives followed a defined process from concept to launch, with all key information held in one place. Centralised reporting gave management real-time oversight of delivery and product progress, speeding up decision-making and building confidence in the data. Reduced reliance on manual processes freed the team to focus on execution. The result was an operation aligned across teams and able to bring new products to market consistently at scale.
